The Company serves as an investment vehicle for Maisha Bora Ventures Plc. investors, Maisha Bora Sacco members and customers. Its shareholding is open to individuals, registered groups, sole proprietorships, partnerships, and limited companies.

The Company facilitates the attainment of stakeholder wealth and well-being by providing a high yield low risk investment channel through the purchase of shares, generation of annuity income through dividend earnings, capital appreciation, investing in land projects that deliver superior return and quality, and enabling the acquisition of real assets at affordable prices.
